All content published on CallitAbhi, including writing, photographs, and associated metadata, remains the intellectual property of the original creator.
CallitAbhi does not claim ownership over user-submitted content.
2. License Granted to CallitAbhi
By uploading or publishing content on CallitAbhi, you grant CallitAbhi a limited license to:
- Host, store, and display the content
- Distribute the content within the platform
- Promote the platform and its archive
This license is non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, and revocable. It terminates when content is deleted, except where copies have already been distributed through external services or technical processes.
3. Use of Images Within the Platform
Photographs uploaded by photographers may be used by writers only within CallitAbhi, subject to platform rules.
Attribution to the photographer is applied automatically and cannot be removed when images are used internally.
4. Downloads and External Usage
Downloading content from CallitAbhi does not transfer copyright or grant commercial rights.
Any use outside the platform is the responsibility of the user. Attribution outside CallitAbhi is encouraged but not enforced.
CallitAbhi cannot control or enforce how content is used once it leaves the platform.
5. Prohibited Uses
Users may not:
- Sell or sublicense content they do not own
- Remove attribution where it is required
- Misrepresent authorship or ownership
- Use content in violation of applicable laws
6. Enforcement
Violations of this policy may result in content removal, suspension of publishing privileges, or account termination.
